G’day, I’m Alex, and I run Junk Boss here in Tauranga. What started with a single truck and a few weekend jobs has grown into a solid team helping locals all over the Bay of Plenty.
We’ve tackled everything from backyard clean ups to full commercial demolitions, and we’ve now helped over 1,000 customers get their spaces back. No job’s too big, too small, or too messy.
We keep things simple: fair quotes, turning up when we say we will, and leaving things tidy. At the end of the day, it’s not just about hauling junk. It’s about helping people out and keeping Tauranga looking sharp.

Our Story
How This Whole Thing Started
I was working construction, watching people constantly get let down by rubbish removal companies. No shows, dodgy quotes, or blokes who’d take your money and leave half the job done.
So I started with one truck and a simple promise: show up when we say, charge what we quote, and treat every property like it’s our own.
Word got around. Turns out when you actually do what you say you’re going to do, people notice. Now we’ve got a solid crew, more trucks, and we’ve added demolition to the mix. But the attitude hasn’t changed.
